We have been serving North County San Diego for over 30 years and we are known as a trusted business in the community. Since 1992, out talented instructors have worked with local schools, the US Marine Corps., and give free women's self-defense classes. This commitment to safety includes in-person training on Active Shooter Prevention/School Safety and directly benefits the community by raising money that is put back into our schools to enrich local systems.

Youth Kempo Karate
This class is filled with 7-12 year old students who are enthusiastic and high energy! Physically they are developing balance, speed, and coordination.

Most kids can't wait for the school day to end, usually for the wrong reasons! But when kids participate in the Building Essential Skills Today (B.E.S.T.) after-school martial arts program at North County Self Defense, their excitement is justified! We have two convenient locations!
